Clinician's Brief Unveils New, Expanded Account Services Team

Clinician's Brief expands its Account Services Team with additional expertise and wide-ranging customer service experience

TULSA, OKLAHOMA—Clinician's Brief is pleased to announce its Sales Team as the new Account Services Team and the addition of new team members with a wide-range of skills and knowledge. The Account Services team will provide increased expertise to meet the needs of clients. With a new audience database and improved website design and capabilities, the Account Services Team is equipped with cutting-edge tools to enhance their clients' experience with the company.

John O'Brien is being appointed Partner, Account Services. As a co-founder of Clinician's Brief, O'Brien began his career in veterinary pharmaceutical sales and marketing and has obtained years of expertise in veterinary media. He is responsible for business development and managing key client accounts. Alongside O'Brien is Kristen Holder, who is being appointed Director, Account Services. Holder has a background in broadcast media and has a proven track record in excellent customer service. She is responsible for maximizing the client experience. Whitney Hewitt is being appointed Account Services Manager and has a strong sales background and veterinary media experience. She is responsible for developing client relationships and discovering new opportunities for clients.

The newest members to join the team are Dr. Naomi Murray, Account Services Manager, Shelley Hurley, Account Services Associate, and Kendall Griffith, Account Services Coordinator. Their responsibilities include helping clients reach their goals and expectations.
