Clinician's Brief Adds New Hire to Account Services Team to Enhance Client Service Capabilities

Clinician's Brief recently hired Shelley Hurley as Account Services Associate

TULSA, OKLAHOMA—Clinician's Brief is pleased to announce its recent hire of Shelley Hurley, who joins the Account Services team as Account Services Associate. In her new role, Hurley will work in partnership with senior Account Service team members to maintain and enhance client relationships. Hurley's previous experience supervising special hotel and restaurant events accounts for her exceptional customer service and management skills, which will help Clinician's Brief continue to grow as the most essential publication for small animal veterinarians.

Hurley was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Science in hotel and restaurant administration from Oklahoma State University. After obtaining her degree, she worked extensively at various four-diamond hotels as a banquet supervisor and restaurant manager. In addition, Hurley gained valuable experience while working in accounting for Chesapeake Energy.

As Account Services Associate, Hurley will be responsible for overseeing, organizing, and maintaining multiple client accounts. She will work with the entire Account Services team to strengthen client relationships and improve overall care and service.
