WHERE YOU FIT
We are looking for an inside sales representative focused on new business development. The sales representative would create a new territory by identifying prospects, generating discovery calls, creating proposals and closing new business. The sales representative must understand our products and solutions and have the ability to effectively show they drive results for our customers.
This is a contract position with the potential to turn into a full-time position within 90-180 days based on performance. Due to the pandemic, we are currently a fully remote team, but typically based in Tulsa, OK. Ideal candidates will need to be motivated and comfortable working from home for the time being with the expectation that we will likely return to the office in the future.

Grow and qualify list of prospective new clients; develop & maintain customer account relationships where appropriate
Target and contact prospective clients by using a variety of lead generation methods to build relationships through professional communications
Report campaign performance metrics to clients for optimization and upsell or extension
Execute a certain number of client communications per week via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
Understand and provide consultation of Brief Media products and solutions
Present and close templated proposals
Meet KPI’s and revenue goals established by management
Utilize CRM to maintain account information and client communication
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience through work in marketing, sales or service is required
1 - 3 years of sales experience preferred. Advertising/Media field desirable
Knowledge of CRM a plus
Strong interpersonal skills: The ability to influence, motivate, build relationships and collaborate with others
Excellent communication skills using phone and email to prospect for customers and interact with existing customers along with operations, accounting and management internally
Competitive attitude to always be looking to be at the top and surpass goals
Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients
Advertising sales experience
Knowledge of veterinary industry
