Audience Analytics Intern
Providing audience data to the Revenue Team to assist with client proposals
Updating monthly and weekly company dashboards with audience data from various sources
Processing external data files into our audience database utilizing a tool available in our customer data platform (CDP)
Acting as the Audience Team’s project manager to keep track of all requests assigned to the team through our project management system
Learning all the details of our audience database to articulate not only the numbers but also the meaning behind the data
Owning manual data clean-up projects to keep our audience data clean
Developing a deep understanding of analytics and insights to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and explain business trends
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business administration, marketing, or related field
Completed coursework in database management, business analytics, marketing analytics or related coursework
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
GPA of 3.4 or higher
Experience working with a Customer Data Platform and/or a Customer Relationship Management system
Some experience with Google Analytics or other data analytics tools
Desire for a career in business analytics or audience development
